Repair Policy
For all repair requests, please use our contact page. We will need a bit of information to help this process go as smoothly as possible. Our customer service department is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday EST.
Please note that over weekends and holidays we are closed and will return your message on the next business day.

Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess the repair and get back to you with how we will proceed. For purchases of 6 months and beyond, additional fees based on labor and cost of material may apply. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.
Exchanges
Online exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving the products. We ask that any items be returned unworn and in its original packaging. When your purchase has been received in perfect condition we will send you an email to notify you that your exchange is approved.
If approved, your gift code will be emailed to you for use immediately.
Custom orders, rings, earrings, discounted items and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. Custom design work is non refundable and subject to a fee determined by our team based on time and design. All fine jewelry purchases are final sale.
Maleia is not responsible shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning your item we recommend using FedEx for our USA clients from the United States and Canada Post within Canada.
Maleia is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Shipping
All Maleia products are shipped within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Maleia is not responsible for duties, taxes or customs delays on International shipping and to the US.
Maleia is not responsible for items that have been shipped with no insurance or tracking number.
